I knew from Harnesses #3 and #4 that it would have been too thick to use bulldog leather for both layers if i wanted to secure the laters without too much tension. The result is something just as robust as Harness 3 but a fraction less thickness. I decided to make the to straps 1\/4\" wider than the bottom. While we often see this look with single large chains, I myself always found it to be cartoonish, not to mention that hardware store chain is bad for your skin. To match the width of the leather components I layed three side-by-side.
